| Why can't I send msgs anymore? |
MSGAruba has changed its site so that only members that register and enter their username and password may send msgs. |

As a free user you are allowed to send a maximum of 10msgs per day. Your balance is reset daily. |

| Where is my validation code? |
Your validation code can be found in the email that was sent to you after you signed up. This email contains all your account details. |

| Where is my validation email? |
Your validation email should be in your email inbox. In some occations it might have been sent to the bulkmail folder or another spam box. |

| I still can't validate! |
If you are unable to find the validation email after following the steps above, or are unable to validate for any other reason please feel free to contact us at accounts@msgaruba.com with your username and the subject set as "Validate Me Please". |

| Why have you imposed a limit?! |
Recently because of the massive amount of msgs sent from MSGAruba the servers have been experiencing a few problems. One of these problems has resulted on setar rejecting the msgs. In an attempt to provide a sustainable and reliable service to all users and phones it is vital that we restrict each user. Sorry Again. |
